User Accounts

Account Creation

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for violations of these terms or for any reason we deem necessary to protect our service or other users.

Upon termination:

Your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable grace period for data export.

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via email or service notifications at least 30 days before taking effect.

Your Rights:

If you disagree with the changes, you may terminate your account before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
